How to ask
- Send us a WhatsApp message from your registered phone number, or an email from your registered email address, asking us to delete your account.
- We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
Or email admin@getsitesupremo.com.
What is deleted
- Your account: your name, email, phone number, profile photo and settings.
- Your sign-in on all your devices.
What stays with your company
Records you entered for your company (attendance, expenses, material and photos) belong to your company and stay in its records under your name, so its history and accounts stay correct. Your company's owner can ask us to delete the whole company's data.
Company owners
To close your company's account and delete all its data, contact us from the owner's account. Download anything you want to keep to Excel first. We keep the data for 90 days after the company stops, then delete it, as set out in ourprivacy policy.
