Terms of use

These terms are between The Web Fosters ("we") and the company that subscribes to Site Supremo ("customer"), and apply to everyone the customer invites to use it.

The service

Site Supremo is an app for managing construction sites: attendance, cash and expenses, material, work progress, issues, machines and reports. Features marked "coming soon" are not yet part of the service.

Your account and your team

  • The customer's owner decides who joins and which sites each person can see.
  • Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
  • Enter only information you are allowed to share, including photos of labourers.

Price and payment

  • Site Supremo is a yearly subscription per site, at the price in the customer's quote.
  • It is paid yearly in advance, by bank transfer or UPI, against a GST invoice.
  • If a renewal is not paid on time, the account keeps working for 15 days. After that it becomes view-only until payment is received.
  • Payments for a year that has already started are not refunded.

Your data

The customer owns the data it enters and can download it at any time. We handle it as described in ourprivacy policy.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, try to access other companies' data, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that it will never be interrupted. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the customer paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

  • The customer can stop using Site Supremo at any time. Payments already made are not refunded.
  • We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse, after giving notice.
  • After the service ends, the customer's data is kept and deleted as described in our privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Kantabanji, Odisha.
