Privacy policy

This policy explains how The Web Fosters ("we") handles information in the Site Supremo app (Android, iPhone and web) and on getsitesupremo.com. Site Supremo is used by construction companies ("customers") to manage their sites. The customer decides who joins and what is entered; we keep and process that data for them.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email address and profile photo from Google or Apple sign-in, your phone number if you add it, and your language.
• Site records your company enters: sites, members and their roles, labourers (name, photo, category, wage), attendance, wages and advances, expenses and bills, cash given and spent, material, stock, tasks and progress, issues, machines and vehicles.
• Photos: photos taken in the app, such as attendance photos, bill photos and site photos.
• Location: when you take a proof photo, the app records the GPS location and time and stamps them on the photo, and may check whether you are at the site. Location is used only at that moment, not tracked in the background.
• Device information: device type and app version, and a notification token if you allow notifications.

Why we use it

• To run the app for your company: show records, totals, reports and alerts to the people allowed to see them.
• To prove attendance and expenses, with photos stamped with time and place.
• To read bills for you: when you photograph a bill, AI reads the amount, shop, date and GST from the image. You check the result before saving.
• To support you when you ask for help, and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

• People in your company, each only for the sites they are assigned to, as set by your company's owner.
• The service providers we use only to run Site Supremo: hosting and storage, sign-in (Google, Apple), notifications and the AI that reads bills.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How we keep it safe

Your data is saved securely. Photos and files are private and open only to people in your company who are allowed to see them. Every change to important records is logged with who made it and when.

How long we keep it

We keep your company's records while it uses Site Supremo. If your company stops using it, we keep the records for 90 days so it can download them, then delete them. Backup copies are removed within a further 30 days. Records that the law requires us to keep may be kept longer.

Your choices

• Your company can download its data to Excel at any time.
• You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, or to correct or delete it.
• You can delete your account: see Delete your account.
